Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chopped strawberries
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 2 cups kombucha
  • 8 mint leaves
  • 1 cup sparkling water
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • Ice
  • Raspberries and mint for decoration

Preparation

Mash the strawberries with lemon juice, powdered sugar and mint until obtaining a puree. Split the mashed strawberries into 3 large glasses, add plenty of ice, and distribute the kombucha in the glasses.

Decorate with a sprig of mint leaves inserted through a raspberry.
