Ingredients

  • 4.5 oz glutinous rice flour
  • 2 oz powdered sugar
  • 5 fl oz water

Preparation

  • Take this mixture to the microwave in a container with a lid. Put the lid on top without closing it.
  • Microwave for 1 minute, mix and microwave for 30 seconds more. In case it is still soft, cook for 30 seconds more.
  • Extend on a countertop and color as you wish.
  • Join two 3-inch disks by wetting them with some water.
  • Add one ripe sweet strawberry in the center.

Note that to extend the dough it is better to do so using cornstarch.

If you want to use other colors, you can use

  • Matcha
  • Blue spirulina
  • Spirulina
  • Turmeric
