Ingredients

  • 7 oz Hortifrut mixed berries
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 ½ tsp baking powder
  • 3 tbsp granulated sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 ½ cup of milk
  • 2 tbsp butter

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.

Preheat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat, add some butter and a scoop of pancake batter, forming a small circle.

The pancake surface will form bubbles, after 3 minutes flip over and cook for 2 more minutes.

Then add the syrup and berries over the pancake.

Enjoy.
