Ingredients

Natural Greek yoghurt with pearled barley and raspberries

  • 1 cup natural Greek yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp pearled barley, cooked
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1 tbsp coconut flakes

1 jar

Preparation

In a small jar, put the raspberries, then pearled barley, and yoghurt on top. Sprinkle the coconut flakes onto the yoghurt.

We recommend you prepare this jar in the morning and eat it during the day so you can enjoy it while fresh.
