Ingredients

(12 servings)

  • 1 liter (34 fl oz) sugar-free vanilla ice cream
  • 5 oz raspberries
  • 2 oz sugar-free merenguitos
  • 7 oz passion fruit

Preparation

  1. Put plastic wrap on the base of a mold and add a think layer of vanilla ice cream.
  2. Scatter raspberries, meringue and passion fruit over the ice cream.
  3. Add more ice cream and then some more raspberries, meringue and passion fruit. Repeat until using all the ingredients.
  4. Freeze until firm and take out of the freezer for 5 minutes before serving, so that it’s easier to unmold.
