Cut the lettuce in half and rinse. Allow the water to drain well.
Preheat the oven to 270-300°F. Put the bacon slices in an oven tray and bake until brown. Remove and let them dry on a paper towel.
Grate the parmesan cheese and slice the strawberries.
Heat the grill. Brush the lettuce with olive oil and put on the grill for a few seconds until brown, then turn over and repeat the process.
To serve, put the lettuce in a dish or plate, add lemon juice, crunchy bacon, minced, parmesan cheese and strawberries on top. Finish with salt and pepper to taste.
