Dressing:

Rinse and dry the mixed greens. Peel and coarsely grate the beetroot. Slice the mushrooms and radishes into thick slices. And cut the physalis in halves.
For the arugula dressing, put all the ingredients in the blender and blend.
Assemble the salad in a bowl, add the dressing, and mix well.
Decorate with physalis.
