Ingredients

  • Tea biscuits
  • 3 oz melted butter
  • Blueberries or berries of your choice
  • 14 oz cream
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup squeezed lemon juice

Preparation

Put a package of tea biscuits or the cookies you prefer in a food processor with 3 oz melted butter. Mix well and put in individual cups.

Cover the biscuits with blueberries, or you can use any berries you want.

Beat 14 oz of VERY COLD cream in a metal bowl. Once the cream is firm, add 1 can of condensed milk and half a cup of lemon juice. If you want it more sour, add more lemon juice. Cover the blueberries and biscuits with lemon cream. Refrigerate and serve cold.
