Ingredients

(4 servings)

  • 2 large kiwis
  • ½ cup mint leaves
  • 14 oz strawberries
  • 1 cucumber
  • 5.3 oz natural yogurt (can be skimmed)

Preparation

Peel and slice the kiwis.

Peel and slice the cucumber.

Cut the strawberries into halves and separate the mint leaves, discarding the stems.

Put everything in the blender and blend until obtaining the desired texture.

Refrigerate until serving.
