KETO YOGURT BERRY KUCHEN

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup sifted almond flour
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Allulose or sweetener
  • 1 tsp baking powder

FOR THE FILLING:

  • 1 lb 2 oz berries or raspberries
  • 2 sugar-free Greek yogurts
  • 5 fl oz cream

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 360°F.

Mix the sifted almond flour and baking powder in a bowl.

Add the butter, previously melted in the microwave for a few seconds, and drops of sweetener to taste.

Put in a small baking pan to make the kuchen higher and bake for about 10 minutes or until brown.

FOR THE FILLING:

Mix the yogurt and cream in a bowl and mix well with a fork. Add some drops of sweetener.

Take the dough out of the oven, allow to cool and add berries, previously sweetened, over the dough.

Slowly spread the yogurt mixture over the fruit and bake for 20-25 minutes. And voilà!
