Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries (raspberries, strawberries and cherries)
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 3 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp powdered allulose
  • Rough bindweed fruit for decoration

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients in a food processor until smooth.

Put the mixture in a pastry bag (or a sealable bag if you don’t have one) and pour into dessert cups.

Add berries or rough bindweed fruit over the mousse to give it a nice touch, and put in the fridge for about 1 hour before serving. And voilà!

TIP: If you are short on time, you can eat it right away if you want! But it’s even better if you leave it for at least one hour in the fridge, so it is firmer and cold.
