Ingredients

Raspberry layer:

  • 1 lb fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup water
  • 6 1/2 tbsp (2 oz) sugar
  • 4 gelatin sheets

Blueberry layer:

  • 1 lb blueberries
  • 1 cup water
  • 6 1/2 tbsp (2 oz) sugar
  • 4 gelatin sheets

Strawberry layer:

  • 1 lb strawberries
  • 1 cup water
  • 6 1/2 tbsp (2 oz) sugar
  • 4 gelatin sheets

Preparation

Begin with the raspberry layer:
Heat the raspberries with the water. Meanwhile, hydrate the gelatin with cold water.

Put the raspberry mix in the blender and then strain, remove the gelatin sheets, squeeze well, and add to the mixture.

Stir well until the gelatin dissolves (it will dissolve due to the heat of the fruit).

Split the mixture into 8 cups.

Refrigerate for 2 hours or until it has set.

Once the first layer has set, begin with the blueberry layer, the same way the raspberry layer was done, put the blueberry and gelatin mixture on top of the first layer.

Then, prepare the strawberry gelatin mixture and put over the blueberry mixture once it has set.

Serve with strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries.
