FOR THE STRAWBERRY SAUCE:
First prepare the sauce: in a hot pan, fry the scallion; when it starts to brown, add salt and pepper, and then strawberries cut into quarters. When it boils, add white wine and cook over medium heat until the strawberries are cooked. Take out of the oven, allow to cool and blend. Set aside.
Cut the bell peppers into halves and remove the seeds.
Heat the grill to high temperature and once hot enough, put the bell peppers. Add 1 or 2 eggs inside each one, depending on their size, and add salt and pepper. Cook until the egg is almost done (the idea is that is browns on the outside, so the bell pepper is cooked as well).
When ready, put in a plate, add the sauce and serve.
