Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen blueberries
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 0.8-inch piece of ginger

Preparation

Wash the cucumber, celery, and ginger.

Sanitize in water with a dash of vinegar and wait 5 minutes.

Peel and chop the ingredients.

Blend the celery, cucumber and ginger with the frozen blueberries until smooth*.

Drink immediately.

 

* For a lighter smoothie, blend the celery, cucumber and ginger with some purified water until obtaining a smooth puree, then strain with a filter bag or a strainer, extracting all the green juice. Blend the green extract with blueberries and serve.
