Ingredients

  • 2 cups granola with seeds and grains
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 cup natural yoghurt
  • 6 raspberries
  • 6 blueberries
  • 6 blackberries
  • 6 strawberries

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350°F, mix the granola with melted butter, sugar, and honey.

Grease the muffin molds with melted butter and pour some of the mixture into each mold using an ice cream scoop.

Press the mixture around the entire mold. Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes.

Take out of the oven and, if necessary, shape with a spoon to make room for the filling in the middle. Allow to cool for 20 minutes and remove from the mold. Pour a tablespoon of yoghurt into each granola cup and add the blueberry, raspberry, blackberry, and rough bindweed fruit.
