Frosting:
Beat the sugar and butter, previously melted, add 2 whites, 3 yolks, vanilla extract, salt, cinnamon, cloves and ginger, and beat everything together.
Add the sieved flour. You can use a hand mixer at first, then knead until obtaining a smooth and consistent paste. Put the dough in the fridge, wrapped in plastic wrap, for half an hour.
Then extend the dough with a rolling pin (thickness to taste) and cut the dough with a gingerbread man cookie cutter. Bake for 9 minutes at 360°F.
For the glaze, mix all the ingredients until obtaining a creamy paste. If it is too runny, add more sugar.
Using a pastry bag with a small piping tip, decorate the cookies, outlining the gingerbread man, its face and clothes, and put 2 blueberries on its body as buttons.
