Glaze:
Beat the sugar and previously melted butter, add the 2 whites, 3 yolks, vanilla, salt, cinnamon, cloves, and ginger; and beat everything together.
Add the sieved flour. We can use a hand mixer, then knead until getting a homogeneous consistent paste. Put the dough in the fridge, wrapped in plastic wrap, for half an hour.
Then extend the dough with a rolling pin (as thick as you wish) and cut the dough with the gingerbread man cookie cutter. Bake for 9 minutes to 350°F.
For the glaze, mix all the ingredients until obtaining a creamy paste. If it is too runny, add more sugar.
Using a pastry bag with a small piping tip, decorate the cookies outlining the gingerbread man, its face, and clothes, and put 2 blueberries on its body as buttons.
