Dice the bananas, oranges, and mango and mix them with the mixed berries.
Sauce:
Beat the yolks with a bit of milk.
Bring the milk, cream, and sugar to a boil, then pour that mixture over the yolks.
Pour the mixture back into the pot and boil until it coats the back of a wooden spoon and moves away when you blow it.
Allow to cool and add to the fruit salad.
