Ingredients

(8 servings)

  • 2 packages Camembert cheese
  • 3.5 oz blue cheese
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 3.4 fl oz cream
  • 1 oz chopped almonds
  • 2 oz pistachios
  • 3 oz blueberries

Preparation

On the base of a rectangular loaf pan, put some cross-shaped parchment paper, to unmold easily.

Cut the Camembert cheese into chunks and remove the rind. Put in a pot, controlling the temperature, with cream and heat until everything is melted.

Add the cream cheese and blue cheese. Mix well.

Pour the cheese mixture cream into a bowl and add chopped almonds, pistachios and halved blueberries (save some for decoration). Mix with a spatula.

Spread the mixture into a mold, cover and put in the fridge for about 3-4 hours.

Unmold and sprinkle some pistachios, almonds and blueberries.

Serve with cookies or toasts.
