Preheat the oven to 360°F.
Mix the oil, milk, eggs and vanilla extract. Set aside.
Mix flour, granulated sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt in another bowl. Form a crown and pour the liquid mixture in the middle. Mix everything well.
Pour the mixture into a buttered baking pan and put in the oven for about 35 minutes. Before taking out of the oven, check that it’s completely cooked with a skewer stick. If it comes out dry, it’s done.
Once the cake is cool, unmold and decorate with hazelnut chocolate cream and strawberries.
