Ingredients

  • 1 banana (or more), chopped and frozen
  • 2 cups washed strawberries
  • 1 cup washed spinach
  • 1 cup purified water
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Preparation

Wash the spinach and strawberries and put them in a blender with the chia seeds, banana, and water. Blend until homogeneous.

If you like cold smoothies, you can freeze the strawberries beforehand, or freeze the cup of water and add as ice. Careful with the ice and frozen banana on the blender! It is recommended to go little by little, pausing in between.
