Ingredients

  • 7 oz of Camembert cheese
  • 7 oz smoked salmon
  • 2 oz salt
  • 0.7 oz (1 1/3 tbsp) pepper
  • 0.4 oz rosemary
  • 3.4 fl oz olive oil
  • 5.5 oz fresh Hortifrut raspberries

Preparation

Cut the salmon into 2-inch wide strips and put the raspberries in the middle.

Put the diced Camembert cheese on cocktail spoons, roll a raspberry with a smoked salmon strip, and assemble on top of the Camembert cheese. Season the salmon rolls with salt and pepper, drizzle some drops of olive oil, and serve.
