Ingredients

  • 9 oz chocolate with a high cocoa content
  • ¾ cup cream
  • ½ cup red wine
  • Dark chocolate powder (high cocoa content)
  • 1 cup berry
  • ½ cup water

Preparation

Step 1:
In a pot, boil 2 cm of water. On that water, put a bowl with the cream and red wine until they are heated. Remove from the heat.

 

Step 2:
Add the dark chocolate in chunks to the previous mixture. The result must be a soft mixture. Take to the fridge for 4 hours or overnight.

 

Step 3:
For the truffles, consider one tablespoon of mixture for each truffle and make balls with it. Cover each ball with dark chocolate powder, and bring to the fridge again so that they will not lose their form.

 

Step 4:
For the berry syrup: put a pot with half a cup of water with the berries and boil for 10 minutes.

To assemble, put the berry syrup in a plat and on top of it, the refrigerated truffles.

 

We recommend eating them with a glass of red wine.
