Dressing:
Prepare the dressing by mixing the ingredients and blend with a hand blender until smooth. Keep refrigerated until using.
Peel and thinly julienne the cucumber, removing the seeds (you can also make the noodles with a spiralizer).
Thinly julienne the carrot and bell pepper.
Peel the physalis and cut into halves.
Put all the vegetables in a bowl, add the dressing, mix well and serve.
