Mix the flour, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract using a mixer or a blender until smooth. In a hot pan, pour a few drops of oil to cover the entire surface. Remove the excess with a piece of blotting paper.
Pour the shake mixture, forming a thin layer on the pan, and return the excess to the bowl. Cut the edges with a toothpick.
Flip it as soon as it becomes golden, then remove.
Repeat this operation until using all the shake.
Put the mixed berries in a bowl and gently incorporate the powdered sugar with a wooden spoon.
Put a teaspoon of Nutella on the crepe while still warm, spread it from the center outwards, then add a spoonful of mixed berries, and fold as a crepe suzette.
Sprinkle some sifted powdered sugar and mark with a hot fork.
Serve with a scoop of your favorite ice cream!
