The first thing to do is to julienne the onion and mince the chives.
Once the onion is cut, put in a pan with oil and garlic and cook for about 30 minutes over low heat.
While you wait for the onion, prepare the tortillas. First cut them into triangles, then put in a pre-heated pan and toast them on both sides.
When the onion is ready, remove from the pan and allow to cool.
Put plastic wrap on a board, put the cream cheese, then cover the cream cheese with some plastic wrap, and roll it out with a rolling pin.
Once the cheese cream is spread in a rectangular shape, remove the upper plastic wrap and add blackberries and onion lengthwise.
Then roll it up, seal all the parts very well, and refrigerate for 40 minutes.
Once chilled, remove the plastic wrap, assemble in a plate, and decorate with sesame seeds and chives.
Serve with the tortillas.
