For the assembly:
Mix the milk and yeast and allow to rest for about 15 minutes.
Beat the egg yolks with vanilla extract and add lukewarm milk.
Separately, whisk the egg whites to stiff peaks.
In a bowl, mix the flour, granulated sugar and cranberry powder. Then add the liquids to this mixture. Once everything is well incorporated, add the whipped egg whites incorporating in soft folding motion so as not to lose too much air. Lastly, add melted butter.
Let the mixture sit for 45 minutes or until it increases its volume.
Heat the waffle maker and pour the batter into it to cook the waffles (following the device instructions).
Serve warm with honey, raspberries, and blueberries.
