Melt 8.1 oz of butter and 4.9 oz of chocolate over low heat, then set aside.
Beat 3 eggs, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, add 3.5 oz of brown sugar and 8.8 oz of white sugar, beating constantly.
Add the melted chocolate, 4.9 oz of flour, 2.9 oz of cocoa powder and a pinch of salt, then without beating add 1 cup of chocolate chips.
Distribute the batter into 2 oiled dishes and bake at 360°F for 14 minutes.
Now beat 16.9 oz of cream, previously refrigerated, add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and whisk until stiff. Add 1 can of condensed milk (always beating) and 7.4 oz Oreo cookies, chopped.
Unmold a brownie and put the cream on top of the one in the dish, cover with the other brownie and freeze for at least 5 hours.
Add raspberries to the remaining mixture and dip with a spoon, freeze until serving.
