COLD-PRESSED POMEGRANATE JUICE

Ingredients

(3 to 4 servings)

  • 9 oz pomegranate arils
  • 2 carrots
  • 3 to 4 red apples (4 if small, 3 if large)

Preparation

Peel the apples and carrots.

Put both together with the pomegranate arils in a cold-press juicer and once it extracts all the juice, stir and keep refrigerated until serving.

*If done in a blender, filter before serving. It is also recommended to add some water for processing.
