Put 14 oz of all-purpose flour, 8.1 oz of butter at room temperature, 4.2 oz of sugar, 2.3 oz of almond flour, 1 egg, 2 tablespoons of bitter cocoa powder in a bowl. Mix all the ingredients together, make a dough and cover a springform pan, previously oiled. If you want a thinner dough, you can use the remaining dough to make chocolate cookies. Bake at 360°F for 15 minutes.
Put a can of condensed milk, 1 can of coconut cream, 5 eggs, 1 heaping tablespoon of cornstarch and 7 oz of grated coconut in a blender. Mix everything and once smooth, pour over the dough and bake at 360°F for 50 minutes. It should be slightly brown on top and firm in the middle.
Decorate with physalis or raspberries and enjoy!
