Shrimp sauce:

Dice the avocado, as well as the strawberries and pineapple. Then mince the mint leaves. Mix all the above with the grated ginger, add olive oil and salt. Once done, fill the endive leaves.
Place the lettuce leaves on a round plate, then the clams on top of them, and assemble the filled endive leaves. Add the peeled shrimp with mayonnaise and lemon on the center of the plate. Decorate con strawberries.
