For the dough
Put warm water in a bowl with 2 tablespoons of flour from the recipe and yeast. Let the yeast activate for a few minutes.
In a separate bowl, pour the remaining flour, sugar and oil.
Incorporate the yeast to the bowl and form a dough. Knead for some minutes, then let it rise in an oiled bowl and cover with a cloth. Once it has doubled its size, remove the gas and cut into 4 pieces.
Fill in layers, shape, and let it rise again covered with a cloth. Bake at 360°F for 25 minutes or until brown.
Raspberries for decoration.
