Put 1 can of condensed milk in a big bowl and microwave for 4 minutes. Take out and add 7 oz of chopped semisweet chocolate and allow to set for a couple of minutes. Mix.
Put 1 lb 2 oz of VERY COLD cream in a cold bowl (chill for 30 minutes) and beat with an electric mixer until it doubles or triples its size. Do not reach Chantilly cream consistency. Add the chocolate mixture little by little.
Put the mousse in small glasses and refrigerate until serving. Fill the glasses with berries.
