Ingredients

Crepes:

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp sweet chocolate powder
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 lb berries
  • 3 tbsp chocolate chips

Chocolates syrup:

  • 1/2 cup chocolate
  • 1/2 cup cream

6 servings

Preparation

First beat the 2 eggs until foamy, add the flour and chocolate powder little by little so that no lumps are formed; then add the milk, oil, and salt. Allow to set for 30 minutes.

Heat the pan and spread some butter on its surface, and with a ladle pour the batter, covering the bottom of the pan (it is advisable to move the pan so that the batter is even and forms a thin layer). Using a spatula or the tip of a knife, start releasing the edges of the crepe. Once the crepe is inflated, flip it over for it to cook on the other side.

Mix the berries with the chocolate chips.

For the chocolate syrup, bring the cream to a boil and add the chocolate in chunks, stirring until it has dissolved.

To fill the crepes, pour a tablespoon of mixed berries on one side and roll it up. Then pour some chocolate sauce on top.
