Put the coconut cream, dates, vanilla extract and cocoa powder in a blender. If the dates are not soft, soak them in warm water for an hour and then discard the soaking water to mix them with the rest of the ingredients. Blend until completely smooth.
Put in a bowl and mix with cherries and walnuts. Distribute the mixture in popsicle molds and freeze.
Optional: you can coat the popsicles in melted chocolate.
