FOR THE CRUST:
Put 8.8 oz of Super 8 and 3.5 oz of melted butter in a food processor, mix well and put in an oiled round mold about 9 inches in diameter, across the base and edges. Cool in the fridge.
For those who do not live in Chile, Super 8 is a Chilean product and it’s basically a wafer cookie covered in chocolate. If you don’t have Super 8, you can use wafer cookies covered in chocolate which are candies you can find in all countries with different names. If you don’t have any, use Oreo cookies.
FOR THE FILLING:
Add 2 cans of condensed milk and 5.3 oz of chopped chocolate, bitter or semisweet in a high and microwaveable bowl. Microwave at high power for 3 minutes. Stir with a spoon to integrate everything.
Put 3 yolks and 1 teaspoon of water in a small bowl and mix well. Add the yolk mixture to the condensed milk with chocolate, little by little and always stirring.
Pour the mixture over the Super 8 base and bake at 360°F for 15 to 20 minutes. Allow to cool and refrigerate for at least two or three hours until firm.
Decorate with chopped white chocolate and fresh berries, rough bindweed fruit and blackberries.
