Ingredients

  • 9 oz chocolate
  • 1 ½ cup cream
  • ½ cup mint liquor
  • 20 strawberries

Preparation

Step 1:
Cut the chocolate into small pieces and put them in a bowl together with the cream and mint liquor.

Step 2:
Cook in bain-marie until the chocolate melts and the preparation is smooth. Remove from the heat.

Step 3:
Rinse the strawberries.

Step 4:
Using a prong, dip the strawberries to cover them in chocolate, and enjoy.
