Ingredients

  • Chilean abalones
  • Broad beans
  • Raspberries
  • Dehydrated and hydrated tomatoes
  • Pumpkin seeds
  • 1 natural yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp liquid honey
  • 2 tbsp old-style mustard (or any mustard you have)
  • Ginger paste or grated fresh ginger
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Preparation

In a bowl, put 1 natural yoghurt + 1 tablespoon of liquid honey + 2 tablespoons of old-style mustard (or whichever you have) + 1 teaspoon of ginger paste or grated fresh ginger, salt, pepper, and stir.

Put the sliced abalones in a plate. Add all the ingredients in layers: broad beans, raspberries, dehydrated tomatoes, hydrated tomatoes, seeds, and anything you want or have, like capers, arugula, blackberries, etc. And voilà!
