Put the flour in a bowl, add warm water, melted butter and the egg. Knead until obtaining a smooth dough, make a ball and cover with plastic wrap. Allow to rest for 30 minutes.
For the filling:
Mix well the walnuts, cherries, breadcrumbs and sugar. Set aside.
Put in a tray, brush with melted butter and bake for 30 minutes at 360°F. Take out of the oven and sprinkle some powdered sugar on top.
