Put 1 cup of water and honey in a pot until the honey is completely dissolved. Allow to cool.
Squeeze the lemons, strain the juice and transfer to the jar where the lemonade will be served.
Mash the cherries in a blender and strain to remove any skin remainders. Pour in a jar with lemon juice.
Once the honey syrup is cold, add to the jar with the other 2 cups of mineral water.
Refrigerate for a couple of hours so it’s well chilled. When serving, stir well and add ice cubes and lemon slices.
