Ingredients

For the crust:

  • 2 packages cookies, ground
  • 3 oz melted butter

For the filling:

  • 3 eggs
  • 12 oz white cheese
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 6 oz cream cheese
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract

For decoration:

  • Rough bindweed fruit
  • Mint leaves

Preparation

For the crust:

Mix 2 packages of ground cookies (any cookie), 3 oz of melted butter, and cover the base and sides of a springform pan.

For the filling:

Put 3 eggs, 12 oz of white cheese, 1 can of condensed milk, 6 oz of cream cheese (1/2 package), the juice of 2 lemons and 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract in a blender. Mix well. Put the dough in the oven at 360°F and bake for 35 or 40 minutes (it should be a little brown and set in the middle).

Allow to cool and decorate with rough bindweed fruit and mint leaves to give it some color.
