Prepare the blackberry juice with one tablespoon of multi-flower honey and water.
Chill the glass you are going to use for the cocktail, filling half with crushed ice.
Then add 2 ounces of strained berry juice, 2 ounces of Campari, and 1 ounce of anisette.
Serve with whipped cream mixed with blackberry drupelets, and a sage sprig as decoration.
