Ingredients

  • 12 pieces of empanada dough
  • 1 package cream cheese
  • 1 package Camembert cheese
  • 1 onion, julienned
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup blueberries

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 360°F.

Butter 12 muffin molds and put one piece of dough in each one of them. Bake for 15 minutes.

Fry the onion for 5 minutes and add sugar and blueberries. Simmer for 15 minutes, stirring every now and then.

Take the dough pieces out of the oven and fill with a spoonful of cream cheese, two small pieces of Camembert cheese, and two spoonfuls of onion with blueberries.

Put in the oven for 10 minutes and serve.
