Ingredients

  • 9 oz Brie cheese
  • 5.5 oz granulated sugar
  • 3 oz walnuts
  • 7 oz cherries
  • 10.5 oz breadsticks
  • Water

Preparation

Arrange a piece of Brie cheese, and make an “asterisk” cut on the upper side with a knife.

In a small pot, put the granulated sugar, water, and pitted cherries, and reduce. Pour the sauce over the piece of cheese.

Decorate with chopped walnuts and served with breadsticks.
