For the rustic mashed potatoes:
Wash and chop the potatoes.
Boil with salt until tender.
While waiting, put the milk, blueberries, and garlic cloves in a food processor.
Once the potatoes are ready, mash in rustic fashion, add the mixture, and stir until smooth.
For the wok-sautéed pork:
First rinse the vegetables and dice them into thick cubes, except for the potatoes.
Dice the pork and sear it in the hot wok.
Add the vegetables and once they are al dente, add the soy sauce and oyster sauce.
If the mix turns out too watery, you may add a bit of cornstarch to make it creamier.
