Put 4 eggs, 6.7 fl oz cream (1 package), 1 cup of sugar, 1 tablespoon of cornstarch, 2 packages of cream cheese and 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract in the blender. Mix everything and done.
Pour the batter into an oiled springform baking pan (with parchment paper if you have some). Put 1 or 2 cups of blueberries in a bowl and sprinkle 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar or flour, mix and remove the excess. Put the blueberries over the batter.
Bake in the preheated oven at 360°F for about 50 minutes. It must be firm when you take it out.
Once ready, turn off the oven, open it a bit, and allow the cheesecake to cool inside. Put in the fridge.
