Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 6.7 fl oz milk
  • 1 lb 2 oz white flour
  • 7 oz blueberries
  • 7 oz raspberries

Preparation

Whisk the eggs, then add milk and continue whisking.

One mixed, add the flour and continue whisking.

Add chopped blueberries and then stir until obtaining a smooth batter.

Prepare the crepes by adding the batter to a hot pan with some oil. Wait until the surface is slightly brown.

For the sauce, put the raspberries to a pan and heat until dissolved. Add sugar to taste and stir until obtaining a thin sauce.

Finally, serve the crepes as a tower and add raspberry sauce to taste.

Decorate the plate with fresh berries.
