Separate 3 egg yolks and add them to the flour, mixing until obtaining a compact dough. Add 1/2 cup of warm water and knead. Then allow the dough to rest for 30 minutes.
Macerate the raspberries, blueberries, and walnuts with sugar to taste and stir until obtaining a compact mixture. Allow to rest for at least 20 minutes, for the berries to release their juices.
Roll out the dough until obtaining a thin resistant layer. Cut the dough into a rectangle, and pour the berries and walnuts mixture inside. Roll and fold the corners, keeping the content from seeping out. Brush the dough with egg white to obtain a golden color after baking. Bake for 30 minutes at 350°F.
Serve a cut with a scoop of vanilla ice cream covered with berry sauce.
…and enjoy!
