Ingredients

  • 17 fl oz Lady Coconut coconut milk
  • 4.2 oz berries / raspberries
  • 2 fl oz agave
  • 1/4 tsp agar agar

Preparation

IMPORTANT: Blend the preparation and then, if you want, strain it to remove the seeds and make it much smoother.

Cook the agar agar by boiling it for a few minutes

Transfer to a silicone mold or portion it in cups.

Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until set.
