  • 4.5 oz margarine
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup berries

12 servings, 208 cal per serving.


Beat the margarine with the cup of sugar, then add the eggs one by one.

Stop beating and add 3 cups of flour, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, and one cup of milk, then beat again.

Add the cups of berries and incorporate them into the mixture.

Butter a rectangular loaf pan, add the batter.

Bake in the oven, preheated to 350°F, for 40 minutes.

Once cold, cut the cake into 12 slices.
